William Amamoo, (born 4 April 1982) is a Ghanaian footballer with Romania team CS Gaz Metan Mediaş .
Career
He was transferred from FC Telecom Egypt in Egypt, in January 2007 to Vasalunds IF, after a short time he left in December 2008 the club and turned back to Romania and signed a contract by CS Gaz Metan Mediaş.
Honors
William Amamoo, a Ghanaian goal keeper was awarded best goal keeper of the season after playing 18 games without conceding any goal, in the 2004 league season in Romania.
He was awarded the best goal keeper in the Hungarian 2006 Premier League after finishing at the 4th position with his club and was also awarded best SAVE of the season.
He was awarded the best goal keeper in the Swedish league after helping in the promotion of his club Syrianska FC from Division 2 to Division 1.
He was awarded Gold Medal in the Swedish DM knockout competition with SYRIANSKA
He received first cap at the friendly match against Australia on May 23 2008.
