University of Priština (Serbian: Приштински универзитет, Albanian: Universiteti i Prishtinës) was opened in 1970 in Priština, the capital of Kosovo. After the Kosovo War the University was relocated to various places within Serbia; later, UNMIK organised education in the University facilities using the same name. Currently, the latter University of Priština has 14 faculties and 3 higher education schools.
