Please see Misplaced Pages's no personal attacks policy. Although what you said is by all means true, you said it in a tone that makes it sound like these are negative qualities, all the while not addressing the "uncalled for" statement that prompted your offensive tone. I apologize for being so blunt, but I don't feel the need to retract my statement, as I am rather sure it wasn't false (looking at old revisions of your userpage rather confirms this in my mind, despite how true and funny they were). Either way, in the future, when addressing some "opinionated tool" who has the gall to defend one who would dare act according to WP:N and other policies, please try to be a bit more civil. Suigetsu

Thanks for uploading Image:StrikeWitchesCast1.JPG. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Misplaced Pages's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

• That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
• That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Attitude

Someone who posts comments like "I'm too apathetic to actually hunt down and put in references, nor do I really know or care how to" is in a poor position to lecture other editors about how Misplaced Pages is a "team effort". Your remark here was unnecessary, and rather off-kilter. I have frequently AfDed anime character articles, but not ones that are already an agreed to merger where there is no controversy, no conflict, etc and where leaving valid redirects is perfectly appropriate as they are not minor/one-ep characters. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 23:03, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

That's...like...scary big creepy... BTW, if you note, I supported the merger of those characters in the discussion. I don't approve of TTN's just redirecting them, then AfDing because the merges weren't being completed within his unknown time scale (though one could suppose that thanks to his annoying behaviors today, some of those merges have now been completed, properly). -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 23:41, 20 December 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion of My World, My Way (video game)

I am an administrator and saw Collectonian's complaint described above, on the Administrators' Noticeboard for Incidents (WP:ANI).

Collectonian showed several diffs for comments you have made on wiki and privately emailed some website activity which seems to be you making comments to them, on YouTube and their blog on Eclectic World. I'm not going to post those comments here, but I would like to ask if you can confirm if that was you or not.

The combination of these is concerning me greatly.

Going back as far as March 28, your contributions are generally becoming very problematic here.

• this March 28th edit summary "lies"
• this edit on the Talk:Dragon ball page "From what I've read, this crap was pushed forward entirely by a small handful of elitist internet nerds looking to make some sort of ill-defined example out of these articles against the will of pretty much everyone except them. Some of my favorite parts were Collectonian constantly asserting unpopular opinion of this franchise being a single series and JumpGuru calling IP-users idiots compared to REAL USERS like her. Rofl because the idiots here are obviously not the ones that can't seem to create half-way decent articles for three of the most notable comics/animated series in history."
• this response to an admittedly snappy provocation on AFD for Body Transfer
• this comment on Collectonians' talk page - "Come on CC, I think you're being just a wee~ bit overbearing about your opinions being referred to as 'unpopular'."
• this on Collectonians' talk page where you assert that Collectonian is saying this to people: "We are right, you people are idiots who are flat-out wrong"

You seem to have violated our policy on editing in a friendly and civil manner, our policy against making personal attacks, Misplaced Pages:Harassment and specifically Misplaced Pages:Harassment#Off-wiki harassment.

These are very serious issues. We do not automatically ban people for this type of activity, but for cases where it continues on after warnings that's a common outcome.

Please confirm if you're the same person who left the comments elsewhere, just so we have your position on the record.

Please immediately stop provoking, threatening, insulting, or harrassing other users. You can continue to participate in policy discussions, but further abusive behavior will result in a block until the situation is resolved.

We expect and hope that editors here will act cooperatively. Misplaced Pages is an encyclopedia. It's an encyclopedia built by a large community which is more or less open to anyone with internet access around the world. That community only works if the people in it can cooperate, behave in a civil and polite manner towards each other, and not abuse each other.

When people start being abusive, it degrades the whole conversation going on around them. People tune out, other people start being nasty or rude in response, and the ability of the community to determine the facts in a situation and find consensus is damaged badly.

It also drives people away from Misplaced Pages entirely, over time. Users who really don't like hostile environments just quit contributing.

The community, including administrative groups like the Arbitration Committee, the consensus of administrators, and the consensus of administrative and policy active editors, has decided that we need to more actively investigate and enforce the civility and personal attacks policies. The community has been too badly harmed by the abuse which has been going on.

I hope and expect that you understand the importance of all this. Most users, when reminded, understand that there are real human beings out there editing, and can change their behavior to respond in a more human and constructive manner.

This does not mean that you need to stop advocating positions or opinions. It does not mean that you have to stop editing in any way. But it does mean that we expect you to do so in a more cooperative way going forwards.

Please stop the abusive behavior. If those were your comments offsite, please agree not to make them anymore, and I'd strongly recommend an apology to Collectonian. They didn't deserve what was said.

This is important. Please treat it as such and cooperate here.

Rofl what the hell is all this? Please go leave a long, sweeping message to Collectonian instead regarding the literal thousands of edits where she's done nothing but argue, harass, look down upon and otherwise dump all over every single user to ever disagree with her about anything. I mean, really. Look at this. Here you see her getting exceptionally pissed off at some calm guy about proper citation formatting or something. This happens all the damn time. Like, every day in >60% of all discussions she gets into. I've never once seen her admit that she was wrong in any feud she's been in. Then when someone openly gets angry with her for the many, many things she does to upset people she plays either the "innocent lamb who's being bullied" card or the "I am superior to you and your concerns are irrelevant and moronic" card and everyone else gets punished. For someone who apparently spends upwards of 3,000 hours on the internet per year interacting with people, she has no tact or concern for opposing viewpoints at all. She's User:TTN enhanced with a severe attitude problem that's apparently endorsed by every administrator on the site. She's the Rush Limbaugh of Misplaced Pages, except that she's actually allowed to be relevant. Hell, maybe she's just secretly the most devoted and effective Internet troll ever, but it's obvious everything she stands for goes directly against everything this site's community is founded on. She deserved all two words of that amazing insult on her character I made, and any such apology would undoubtedly be met with an inaudible snort and a slight increase to her already enormous sense of superiority and accomplishment anyway. You disagreeing with her does not give you the right to attack her in any way, shape, or form. Misplaced Pages does not work like that.
