Douglas Tottle is a trade union activist and the author of a book about the Ukrainian famine of 1932–1933 - Fraud, famine, and fascism: the Ukrainian genocide myth from Hitler to Harvard (Toronto: Progress Books, 1987. ISBN 0919396518). Tottle claims the "Holodomor" is propaganda fraud by Nazis, anti-communists and Ukrainian Nationalists . Tottle is regarded as a Soviet apologist.
