As you can see in my reply on my talk page, I had first copied the Ref's section and then pasted it it above "Ext Links", so that it wouldn't be accidentally lost. After copying and pasting, I then deleted it from its original place below "Ext Links." Omohundro Institute

As the webmaster for the Omohundro Institute I was asked to update the article about the Institute. I would replace the current image with our logo, that we use on our website (http://oieahc.wm.edu/). Is there any way I can gain permission to do this? If not, is this something you could do for me? Thanks! 128.239.118.69 (talk) 22:08, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

Sterling Notable Alumnus

Please note that the tag was added because the provided reference does not reference the person's notability as a PSU MVP and only provides reference to him attending the HS. Per WP:WPSCH if there is no wikipedia page for that person you must cite to prove notability and alumni status. This was clearly delineated in the edit summary, please read them before editing. -- Lucas20 (talk) 17:48, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

If you not a "not a walking Misplaced Pages MOS" then why make the change? Take the time to be sure. -- Lucas20 (talk) 22:24, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Furthermore, there were three warnings on the talk page from one instance where Huggle users made similar mistakes to you own. All were removed and apologies given. Please do through due diligence before making such comments in an attempt to try to hijack my talk page. -- Lucas20 (talk) 22:29, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:ThePillorycover.JPG)

Thanks for uploading File:ThePillorycover.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:13, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Rowan Notable Alumni

Is that writer for college humor really notable. He doesn't have a wiki page and it isn't like he is the founder. He just has a writing job, I really don't think that's notable. If one of Rowan's alumni got a job at The courier post or the New York Time they would just be a writer and not notable. I'm going to remove this person unless you can tell me a reason to keep them. I was just trying to be nice before. Peppage 13:22, 26 February 2009 (UTC)

Emmenecker

Jrcla2, in regards to the Adam Emmenecker article it is in his Drake bio. Here is the reference. http://www.godrakebulldogs.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=15700&ATCLID=865709 --SportsMaster (talk) 12:18, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

CAA

Sorry, I just saw this edit for CAA POY sources. I will work on a list when I get some free time this week. Grsz 13:42, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Started the list. Feel free to expand with prose if you want. Grsz 01:16, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
I've nominated the article for Did you know on behalf of both of us, but right now it's about 300 characters short of the minimum 1500. Feel free to expand with detail if you want. I'd suggest the Big East article as a guide. Grsz 22:37, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

DYK for Colonial Athletic Association Men's Basketball Player of the Year

Updated DYK query On April 4, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Colonial Athletic Association Men's Basketball Player of the Year, which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Woodbury

Um, that one of the first scientific discussions of dinosaurs in the scientific literature was about remains found at Woodbury seemed noteworthy. Abyssal (talk) 19:53, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

Nick Werkman

Hi! It seems you recently created an unreferenced biography of a living person: Nick Werkman. Please add references as soon as possible. Thanks! --LaraBot (talk) 00:10, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Double (basketball)

Hey, thanks for correcting the error on the article. I ran through the source quickly and must've misread the info. Thanks—Chris! ct 20:08, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Blocking an IP

Hi Netsnipe – I noticed that you once blocked 164.83.240.83 and was wondering if you could please do it again. That IP seems to be acting up again, as evidenced by its last three edits over the past two days (1, 2, 3). Those types of edits are overt instances of vandalism. Could you please block this IP again? Thanks. Jrcla2 16:49, 23 June 2009 (UTC)

Done. Next time, feel free to ask for a schoolblock at WP:AIV for a quicker response. --  Netsnipe  ►  00:13, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I don't like to review when other users' comments (in this case The Rambling Man and Giants2008) are not addressed, as I might duplicate their comments. Please ping me when their comments are resolved and I'll be happy to continue my review. Dabomb87 (talk) 23:39, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

On an unrelated note, would mind adding a link to your talk page from your signature? It's a bit inconvenient as it is now. Thanks, Dabomb87 (talk) 23:40, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Deleting references sections

After posting my reply to your note on my talk page, I went to the said article and noticed that you undid my deletion of the Ref's section. Thus, the Ref's section now appears twice in the article (above and below "External Links"). As you can see in my reply on my talk page, I had first copied the Ref's section and then pasted it it above "Ext Links", so that it wouldn't be accidentally lost. After copying and pasting, I then deleted it from its original place below "Ext Links." Because the "Ref's section now appears twice in the article, I am going to delete its second appearance (below Ext Links). Eagle4000 (talk) 23:23, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

Summary Style

Just a friendly reminder that when separating out content into a new article it's always good to leave a summary of the content in the old article in addition to a link to the new article. --ElKevbo (talk) 19:55, 11 August 2009 (UTC)
