The powiat of Czarnków-Trzcianka is the second biggest administrative district in the Greater Poland Voivodship in Poland. Its name comes from its two largest communes, Czarnków and Trzcianka, although the administrative seat of the powiat is Czarnków. The district covers 1808,19 km² and has a population of 86,044. As of 2004 the population density was 48/1 km².

The district consists of eight communes:

  • Czarnków, town commune
  • Trzcianka, town-rural commune
  • Krzyż Wielkopolski, town-rural commune
  • Wieleń, town-rural commune
  • Czarnków, rural commune (its seat is in Czarnków, but it consists of villages around it)
  • Drawsko, rural commune
  • Lubasz, rural commune
  • Połajewo, rural commune
