Juan Miguel Macapagal Arroyo, known as Mikey Arroyo or Mikey Macapagal Arroyo (born on April 26, 1969 in Manila) is a Filipino actor, owner of Mikey's Bar and Grill, and congressman of 2nd District, Pampanga. He is the first son of First gentleman Mike Arroyo and President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
