Moldovan or Moldovans (also Moldavian or Moldavians) can refer to:
- Moldovans a name for the Romanian-speaking people living in the area of the former principality of Moldavia, now divided between Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
- Moldovans, a ethnic group, living mainly in the Republic of Moldova, where they comprise 76.1% of population. The Moldovans of Romania and Moldovans of Moldova were considered to be the same ethnicity (Romanian) until after the Soviet occupation of the Eastern half of Moldavia in the 1940s, when the Soviet Union tried to severe all links of the Moldovans with Romania and encourage a separate identity, including of a Moldovan language.
- Moldovans can also refer to Moldovan nationals, regardless of ethnicity.
