It is suspected that this user is actually John_Lott, see Talk:John_Lott for evidence of this.
On the other hand I know this user personally; a) he doesn't look like Lott, and b) he doesn't have Lott's name on his university office door. This combination makes me certain he isn't John Lott. (But I'm also certain that I'm not John Lott, and I've also been accused of being John Lott - so what do I know?)
