Rachael Lillis is an actress and voice actress. She plays Utena and Chuchu in the English Dub of the anime Revolutionary Girl Utena. On the math-mystery cartoon Cyberchase, Lillis plays a recurring character named Wicked, a devious witch who is also the love interest (and sometimes nemesis) of the cartoon's arch-villain The Hacker, who is voiced by Christopher Lloyd.
