New Boyz is a hip hop duo made up of rappers Ben J (born Earl Benjamin) and Legacy (Dominic Thomas) from Hesperia, California. They debuted with the single "You're a Jerk", taken from their debut studio album Skinny Jeanz and a Mic.

Biography

Benjamin and Thomas met as freshmen at Hesperia High School. They created a MySpace page to promote their self-published single "Colorz". In the summer of 2009, the New Boyz made their breakthrough with their single "You're a Jerk", based on the "jerkin'" dance style. The New Boyz' debut album Skinny Jeanz and a Mic was released in September 2009. The second single from Skinny Jeanz was "Tie Me Down", which featured Ray J.
