4chan (YO-tsu-ba) is an American clone of the infamous Japanese 2chan. On 4chan, many anime and "hentai" pictures from around the world are posted and critiqued. There are also discussion forums in the style of 2ch.

4chan is controlled from the message board Something Awful, where it was first announced. However, most of the posters on 4chan have only a faint idea of what goes on inside Something Awful.
