  • Overall the article is NOT objective & is extremely biased towards Israel. It lacks many key facts that did strongly shake the Israeli (US Adopted) military superiority, especially during the first week of the war. The Israeli / US surprise is mentioned several times.

  • Point to peace initiatives from Sadat in 1971 and in February 1973 - They both where rejected by Golda Meir government leaving no choice to the Egyptians to get in the war.
  • It isn't emphasized that by the time the Khartoum Arab summit issued the "three no's" Israel had already refused the peace iniativies that required it to leave the Sinai and the Golan Heights. Maybe someone could just add "After Egypt and Syria realized they could not regain their territories diplomatically" before the sentence that starts "the Khartoum Arab Summit issued..." instead of "However." The "three no's" were mostly meaningless pandering to Arab populations. Egypt was not going to accept peace with Israel as long as Israel occupied the Sinai, so by the the time the "three no's" were issued it didn't carry much diplomatic meaning. (The facts are mentioned in the article. Please refrain from introducing biased emphases in the article).
  • There is no mentioned of NATO's active weapons being used to the replenish Israeli loses from the outset of the war.
