Reddit is a web site containing links to other sites, which are submitted by users and undergo no editorial supervision. Every link has a score. Users can promote or demote a link, which increases/decreases it's score. Thus one can rank links based on the score. Each user can only vote once (either positivly or negativly) for a link.
