July 2010

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 month for continued Balkan-related edit war. You are welcome to make useful contributions after the block expires. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Balkan Sanction imposed

You are now subject to an indefinite sanction restricting you to 1RR per week on all Balkan-related articles. This sanction has been recorded in your block log and in the list of blocks and sanctions related to the Balkans. Violations of this sanction can lead to long-term blocks. Toddst1 (talk) 22:31, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Unblock

OK, as i didn't edit warring. Only one revert, and next day (today) revert of the banned user? --Tadija 22:57, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

But i didn't edit warring on Perović? Or any other article? And i am not sanctioned 1RR per week? I was never sanctioned like that? 1RR? Definitively not. You may ask admin ] (] · ]), or just see log. Only one restriction in September 2009, lasting 6 weeks. I never done edit warring after that, and i am not under any kind of sanctions.

Decline reason:

You were edit warring; this shows it quite clearly. Additionally, the 1RR sanction was imposed on you after the block, and was not part of the reason for blocking. --Deskana (talk) 01:18, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Blocking admin comment

The editor you were edit warring with is not banned. You know the rules. A slow-moving edit-war is still an edit war. I recommend not unblocking. Toddst1 (talk) 00:39, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

--178.223.128.92 (talk) 12:48, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

:) Sve najbolje! --Tadija 13:25, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Translation

Hello, I address you on the occasion of my changes from this morning to see the Memorial Park drum. In the introduction I have revised the figure of 10 000 into 12 000 and next to the "citizens of Niš" I added the "in South Serbia." Now I will explain my changes to this article:

  1. In stock Niš Niš not only passed, but others, mainly from southern Serbia.
  2. Of executed an estimated 10,000 and up to 12,000. The shooting began after a break of camp, where he fled more than two-thirds of prisoners (out of 150). In this breach were killed 42 detainees and 11 Germans. The Germans have ordered that for every fallen Germans shoot people by 1100, ie some 12 100 people had to be shot. The shootings began more of the same month, February 1942, and continued until predzadnjeg months before the Allied occupation of Nis. Not only the execution was carried out on drums but also choking gas, burial in pits and trenches and so on. (more about this)
  3. Nis, according to the census in 1931. had a population of 35,000, while estimates for the 1941st ie. before the Second World War is about 40,000. According to communist estimates, about 7,500 were killed during the war, and according to some calculations today, Nis in the period 1944/45. had a population of 35000-40000, while the census 1948th reported number of 49,000. According to some data, in the war lost their lives about 1,000 people, which is unlikely. (more about it)
If that is shot. 10000-12000 Niš citizens were killed, it would be too much for the demographic system and shattered Nis would need at least a decade to recover pre-war number.
Let's say so, and that after the Allied occupation had a population of 28000-30000. If you add the numbers and escaped residents who have returned, figure would be higher than 36,000. A jump from 36 to 48 thousand for the three or four years would be almost impossible because of the war came Nis much destroyed, especially by Allied bombarodovanja.

I hope you understand my changes to see yours. Greetings. --178.223.128.92 (talk) 12:48, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

Of course, the changes are correct and right, so because of that, I didn't changed them. Thank you very much for clarification. :) All the best! --Tadija 13:25, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
