Template:Chinese name Tan Yang (Chinese: 谈杨) born on the 9th of January 1989 in Wuhan) is a Chinese international footballer currently playing for Hangzhou Greentown F.C. as a striker.

Club career

Tan Yang began his professional football career with Hangzhou Greentown F.C. in 2008 when he made his debut against Qingdao Jonoon on April 5 in a league game, which Hangzhou lost 2-0. Often coming on as a substitute he would nevertheless score two league goals throughout the campaign, with his debut goal coming against Changchun Yatai F.C. in a 2-2 draw on November 12.

International career

A young and physically imposing player Tan Yang was he included in Gao Hongbo's squad for a friendly against Palestine on the 18th of July 2009 in a 3-1 win coming on as a substitute for Qu Bo
