Rumors over the years have hinted at an "iPhone" and the low storage capability for songs in the ROKR phone, which Apple collaborated with Motorola on to include iTunes functionality, has been suggested by some analysists as being a testing of the waters in the current market. Some have seen the exclusion of iTunes, in favor of the new iRadio software, from the next generation ROKR phone, the Motorola ROKR E2, as proof of this.
