| Hey FetchFan21, I didn't doubt that you had a source claiming that American Idol is ending. My concern is that there was no official announcement from the show or from Fox about this. Until that happens anything we put in will be speculation on someone's part. I did a quick search through Google news and found several instances of rumor mongering and speculation (some say end in 2011 others 2012, etc.) but again no official statement. Hey FetchFan21, I didn't doubt that you had a source claiming that American Idol is ending. My concern is that there was no official announcement from the show or from Fox about this. - While we do applaud your enthusiasm, unfortunately any request by you at this point is doomed to fail, so you should not try it. See Misplaced Pages:Guide to requests for adminship and User:Davidwr/Administration is not for new users for a list of common expectations from adminship candidates, none of which you currently meet (several months of active editing, knowledge of policy, 2000+ edits, experience in adminship-related areas etc.).
