Controversial topics
Add controversial Iran-related topics to this list. This is solely for awareness of other Iranian Wikipedians to join discussions on controversial topics. (the most recent on top)
- The Khuzestani related articles:
- Ahvaz, History of Khuzestan, Ethnic politics of Khuzestan, Arabs of Khuzestan, Khuzestan, and Khaz'al Khan: Attacked by User:Zora and User:Ahwaz
- The Azeri related articles:
- Safavids: Attacked by pan-Turkist editors
- Islamic Conquest of Persia articles:
- Jundishapur and Islamic Conquest of Iran: attacked by User:Zora, who claims Iranian editors on Misplaced Pages are "nationalist".
- The Kurdish related articles:
- Iranian Kurdistan, Iranian people, and Kurds attacked by User:Diyako and User:Heja helweda who claim Kurds are not Iranian. (!)
Users to keep a watch on
These are users who are widely known to systematically, methodically, and deliberately be involved with dismantling, attacking, debasing, and injecting misinformation into Iranian related articles, since 2004:
- User:Zora: Editor Zora in the past year has widely contributed to the deletion, dismissal, debasing, and attacking of all edits and articles pertaining to Iran and its culture and history. She has openly denied the existence of "Persian culture" , has viciously tried to attack and revise the Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Islamic conquest of Iran, Elam, and even pages like Shia, Ali, and all related pages to Iran's history and culture. If it wasnt for some of our dedicated editors, the page Ahvaz would now be re-named Al-Ahwaz, by this editor. Please keep an eye over such historical revisionists.--Zereshk 00:22, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
- User:Diyako: Has constantly been attacking Persian and Iranian pages. A complaint against him has already been filed once:
- User:Heja helweda: An anti-Iranian pro-Kurdish editor, same as Diyako. Also involved in propagating opinionated information and half-truths outside Misplaced Pages:
Newcomers
If there are any newcomers that intend to edit and make contribs on a regular basis, please let me know, leave me a message, or email me. We have a BIG need and deficiency in Iranian editors on WP. I cant edit everything all by myself. We need help.--Zereshk 22:37, 10 November 2005 (UTC)
