The Manicouagan River is a river in Quebec, Canada. The river originates in southeast Quebec and flows approximately 560 km south, passing through the Manicouagan Reservoir to empty into the Saint Lawrence River near Baie-Comeau. There are a number of hydroelectric power plants on the Manicouagan.

The river's name is believed to come from a Montagnais word meaning "where tree bark is found".
