He has appeared as official spokersperson for the organisation on television shows such as The Today Show, Rita Cosby Live & Direct and Dateline NBC. Rinder is an australian national who began his career in the Guardian's Office as Assistant Guardian, Flag Land Base, later serving in the Commodore's Messenger Organization. Rinder oversees all overt and covert activities of OSA and subordinate organizations. He has a particular hatred for former members of the Church of Scientology, refering to them as "apostates" and "wackos". Rinder answers directly to David Miscavige, chairman of the board of the Religious Technology Center. His wife's name is Kathy.
