Dumb and Dumber is a 1994 comedy film starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. It is quite possibly the finest modern comedy ever made. This may at first seem to be an overstatement, but it has been considered at length in comparison to other hillarious movies, and found to rise to the top. The comedy from the starting scene, where Lloyd (Jim Carrey) pretends, unconvincingly, to be a high-class passenger in a limo he is actually the driver of -- to the end scene where we are led to beleive that these two "dumbers" are not really THAT dumb, only to find that they are truly twice as dumb as we already thought they were.
