Tami Nichole Farrell (born 1985) was Miss Teen USA 2003, representing her home city of Phoenix and the state of Oregon.

She won her first title, Miss Oregon Teen USA in 2002 and reigned until she won the Miss Teen USA 2003 title in Palm Springs, California on April 12, 2003. She also won the "Miss Congeniality" award at the same pageant. She gave up her title to Shelley Hennig of Louisiana in the same city on April 6, 2004.

Farrell later moved to Los Angeles, CA to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She spent the summer of 2005 in New York City, attending the summer intensive program of the New York School for Film and Television.

Since giving up the crown, Farrell has also judged a number of state pageants, including Miss Washington USA 2006 and Miss California USA 2006.
