Orphaned non-free image File:Logo class news.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:Logo class news.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 21:41, 4 May 2011 (UTC)
Vandalism
I have noticed that on these four pages, despite repeated calls for more than 30 users continue to undo their changes and restore your version:
- ClassTV MSNBC
- ME (TV channel)
- Template:Mediaset
- Template:Television in Italy
You surely know that Misplaced Pages is severely forbidden to continue to make changes when there is no consensus, which certainly does not have.
In addition, your changes worsen significantly as impoverishing the article continues to delete the programs of the two channels, even though they are referenced (plese read the notes).
Also in the "Template:Television in Italy" continue to remove existing minor canals and in the "Template:Mediaset" those +1 and existing companies of the group.
You are therefore kindly to requested refrain from changing these 4 pages again, hoping that there is not need to block you for vandalism.
I am always at your disposal if you need help.
--93.56.224.75 (talk) 03:25, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
I see that you have not taken into account in any way to prevent further vandalism in the 4 items mentioned.
Why do not you understand that your version impoverishes the pages and leverage key items such as programming and the presenters, which are present in the articles of the other channels: why not delete them there too? Among other post misinformation like ME who was launched in 2003, wrong with Mediashopping, that was instead a channel all-shopping.
Please, it's time to end this war and then try to agree on a new version. Until that time no longer make changes, otherwise it will be inevitable for signaling vandalism.
I sincerely hope your living in a partnership, not denying that honest cooperation.
--93.56.225.120 (talk) 03:24, 22 May 2011 (UTC)
Warning signal
Despite repeated warnings you continue to add your own versions, which other users not accepted on these items:
- ClassTV MSNBC
- ME (TV channel)
- Template:Mediaset
- Template:Television in Italy
You've been shown that your versions are not accurate, and also referenced notes that the text is too poor: do you know why you keep putting them back?
Aspect of your motivations, pending do not put your own text; if you do mean refusing all cooperation and go against the spirit of Misplaced Pages and will mean that you want the alert for vandalism.
Appearance then your response to know what to do:
1) if you work with you to a new version,
2) if you stop with your replacement wrong or
3) if you want the alert for vandalism.

Reminder reply
I have seen that do not respond to messages received and continues to be reintroduced, as if nothing had happened, the four versions of your wrong and not accepted by the users of Wkipedia.
Why do not you give the reasons for your changes?
If you do not reintroduce more your edits, otherwise it is clear that refuses dialogue and playing.
--93.56.224.231 (talk) 02:33, 24 May 2011 (UTC)
Urgent reply about your edits
Dear, you can not continue to ruin the work of other users, who continue to delete and not provide any explanation, despite repeated reminders.
Will you quiet and finish the play?
Or want to be blocked like in 2009?
Decide and make it known.
--93.56.225.242 (talk) 04:05, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
But then seek a dialogue with you is completely useless.
But I want to understand you can not go on like this: your edits meanwhile, will be canceled and you'll be blocked, since refuse of reasoning.
Please stop and do more damage.

Südtiroler Volksbank/Banca Popolare dell'Alto Adige
Please don't move the page without explaining your motivation. My argument was: The bank is primarily operating in South Tyrol and hence better known by its German name. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 16:24, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- And please read Misplaced Pages:Moving a page first. You can't just copy+paste the content of an article. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 16:35, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- I'd appreciate if you wrote your comments according to WP:NPA. The reasons for my revert were twofold: Firstly you didn't move the page properly, loosing the edit history and hence causing a violation of copy rights, secondly you didn't explain your motivation in the edit summary. I have to admit I didn't see that you added some information (thanks for that!) and apologize for my deletion. Would you prefer an article title like Südtiroler Volksbank/Banca Popolare dell'Alto Adige or Südtiroler Volksbank – Banca Popolare dell'Alto Adige? --Mai-Sachme (talk) 18:07, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
Bad thing the truth, is it?
Since it's not a German bank but an Italian one and if evidently it's impossible to avoid bilingual names, to prevent misunderstanding the second option seems to be the best option to choose. ElSaxo (talk) 18:33, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
- Regards, . --Mai-Sachme (talk) 19:07, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
...is an Italian cooperative bank headquartered in Bolzano, Italy. Now we have Italy twice in the first sentence. Apart from being a bit clumsy, I think it's quite obvious that an Italian bank is headquartered in Italy, otherwise it wouldn't be an Italian bank... --Mai-Sachme (talk) 22:06, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Europa 7 HD
Just a quick note to let you know that I removed the speedy deletion template you placed on Europa 7 HD because the article did not seem to meet the speedy deletion criterion G11. The article is not promotional to the extent that G11 would apply. It is mostly written in neutral terms.
Please be aware that is usually inappropriate re-add a speedy deletion template when another editor (other than the creator of the article) has removed it in good faith, because speedy deletion is only for obvious and incontestable deletions. If you believe the article still needs to be deleted, please consider WP:PROD or WP:AFD which can be used for deletions which are not covered by the speedy deletion criteria.
I am not an administrator and I do not have any special authority in this matter. If you feel that I have made a mistake, please feel free to contact me on my talk page.

Warning
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
In particular, the Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring states that:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice.
I have protected the pages, both of you are strongly suggested to work out a consensus on talkpages - continuously changing the pages is not getting it anywhere. --Dirk Beetstra 10:56, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
- You are laughable.
- I have absolutely no desire to talk with you (because don't seems that you are aware of the question), imagine how I am willing to "discuss" with a coward anonymous user, which is only able to offend, to insult and to threaten (and to copy and paste stupidities from the Italian Misplaced Pages).
- If also you want that the English Misplaced Pages will becomes a dustbin like the Italian Misplaced Pages, at the end is not a my problem and block me without any qualms, honestly I don't care... ...Until I may have need to edit a page, in that case surely I can count on your helpfulness, right? You are an "Administrator"... - ElSaxo (talk) 15:22, 25 May 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we must insist that you assume good faith while interacting with other editors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.
This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people.
But whatever, what I meant was - do bring this to another forum when this continues, not responding but blindly reverting because you do not agree is not helping this Misplaced Pages. Administrators could have helped you earlier to avoid this. But you chose to insult. So why exactly should I now consider your version to be a consensus version, you're obviously not here to make sure that this Misplaced Pages does not turn into a dustbin ... --Dirk Beetstra 07:29, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for having confirmed my thoughts about you.
- Congratulations! - ElSaxo (talk) 19:44, 26 May 2011 (UTC)
I hope you are right (and that I am wrong). But I doubt it. --Dirk Beetstra 11:56, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
edit summary
Hi El Saxo, please use the edit summary line in order to explain the reasons for your edits. Otherwise it remains completely unclear what the purpose of reverts like this is. The motivation for my change was to refer to the location of Forst more precisly. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 17:41, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
- It's a pity that I couldn't convince you to use the edit summary line. Anyway, I just wanted to inform you that the word "information" is uncountable in English, hence "informations" is incorrect. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 22:10, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
Is it kind of a funny game that you write "Undid revision by Mai-Sachme" in the edit summary line without really undoing my edit? Anyway, let me break it down for you: There is a specific and clearly defined area of the Val Badia which has a specific German name, I have a very good source for that. Then we have the very renowned ski ressort called Alta Badia, which corresponds more or less, maybe exactly, maybe just roughly to the area called Abteital (I didn't find a good source defining the exact relation between Alta Badia and Abteital). I want to explain both concepts in the article. --Mai-Sachme (talk) 17:54, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
Blocked
Above, I gave you a final warning regarding edit warring (even though, edits span over weeks and you are not passing the bright red line of 3RR, you fail in any form to explain the edits on ClassTV MSNBC (hist), Template:Mediaset (hist), ME (TV channel) (hist) and Template:Television in Italy (hist), no matter how you are approached by any other editor, and you also fail to bring these situations to others when you disagree). In your blocklog, there are two similar blocks (regarding Template:Television in Italy, both for 3RR).
Now, you proceed on Val Badia (May 2011 history) - where again an editor is trying to communicate with you, but who you completely ignore, revert, and you use misleading edit summaries). This is not the way forward, ElSaxo, I am sorry - I tried to assume good faith, reverting the earlier set of 4 (ClassTV MSNBC, Template:Mediaset, ME (TV channel) and Template:Television in Italy) back to your version (which was more similar to the version before the latest edit war on those pages started) before protecting them for a month, but I now see that this is a case of WP:OWN (by you), strongly defending your preferred versions (and I will proceed in unprotecting these pages again, and let editorial decisions decide what will go on further with them). I suggest you, strongly, to heed the above warnings. For now:
You have been blocked from editing Misplaced Pages for a period of 2 weeks as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. --Dirk Beetstra 07:28, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- Let’s have a big hand for the best "Administrator" of Misplaced Pages! And the "anonymous users" remain unpunished. Great work! - ElSaxo (talk) 12:48, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- Err ..User:Mai-Sachme is not anonymous, last time I checked. --Dirk Beetstra 12:58, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- Did you actually read my comment? Let me repeat: "and you also fail to bring these situations to others when you disagree" and "do bring this to another forum when this continues" .. You could have asked for help, edit warring is not getting you any further (obviously). --Dirk Beetstra 13:00, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- I wasn't referring to him.
- Asking help to an "Administrator" is simply useless. I have no need of your miserable "good faith". For me your words are equal to zero. - ElSaxo (talk) 19:54, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- I know you were not referring to Mai-Sachme. But what I meant was, that you chose to edit war again, every time with another editor, apparently also with Mai-Sachme you think in similar lines as "I have absolutely no desire to talk with you (because don't seems that you are aware of the question), imagine how I am willing to "discuss" with a coward anonymous user, which is only able to offend, to insult and to threaten (and to copy and paste stupidities from the Italian Misplaced Pages)." Your cooperation with others is minimal .. what, it is completely non-existant, and you only insult others. And you still have not given a reason why we should 'punish' the anonymous editor, and you assume that I would not block the anonymous editor when I am given a proper reason and explanation, you even assume that I don't have implemented other solutions already, or that I will now just leave it going into mess. But I see that you have no trust that administrators or other editors would help you anyway (well .. you did not even try ..). Well, I'm sure I will see you again in some time. --Dirk Beetstra 08:55, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for having confirmed my thoughts about you, for the second time. Again, it seems that you have understood anything about the question. Discuss with other "users" (like Mai-Sachme) is useless and therefore a waste of time.

- If I can't demand that you do your duty properly, without anybody asking that before, then - in peace and quiet - please go to the hell.
- Thanks for your word of honour, anyway. I hope to don't see you anymore, you make me sick. - ElSaxo (talk) 11:44, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
- Comments like those above are rather obvious abuse of your talk page access, so I've revoked it. I'm not going to extend your block, but if another admin does, I sure won't complain. Heimstern Läufer (talk) 12:13, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
