Welcome to wikipedia. It seems within hours of joining wikipedia you learned many things it took others to weeks to learn. Such as you semi-protected a page within hours of joining. Yet, mistakenly you did not know about the 3RR. Also you seem to know various rules and you cited them like WP:ISNOT and you removed links critical of TRACS. All the while you mistakenly removed criticism.
If you have a past wikipedia account it would be wise to link it here or if you have a personal attachment to TRACS please explain it as well. Arbusto 19:08, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
