Islah (disambiguation)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Islah (disambiguation), and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.nytimes.com/2011/12/03/world/middleeast/yemens-opposition-party-islah-faces-credibility-gap.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Misplaced Pages:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Hello my brother, do you speak kurdish? Would you like to help us in kurdish wikipedia about kurdish culture in Iran? --Gomada (talk) 16:40, 13 December 2011 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Islah (concept)

The article Islah (concept) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The corresponding Dab contains the only encyclopedia-worthy content this article has seen in its more than six years' existence. If its prose content can be expanded beyond a dictdef, it's high time to do so.

While all contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Disambiguation

   Thanks for your interest in WP and your efforts.
   Please study Dab and MoSDab. I assume you care about whether you are editing constructively, and that implies that you have no idea what a Dab page is. You added a few acceptable entries to Islah‎‎ in your next-to-last edit to it, and they are appreciated; however, most of your recent editing to it will be reverted, and it's a shame to see your energy being wasted in this fashion. Thanks again.

Hello, Kermanshahi. There is a response from me, below the message you left in the "Disambiguation" section of my talk page.

Disambiguation link notification

Hi. When you recently edited Operation Scorched Earth, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Abu Nasir (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:27, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for persistent disruptive editing. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

Request reason:

I did not break any wikipedia rules. I was in the middle of editing an article and adding important sourced information and text when suddenly I was banned without warning because apparently a moderator did not agree with what I was saying on a different article, because he wanted the Iraq War to seem like it was over although in reality it is not as there is still daily fighting and bombings and with 4000 casualties a year it is still among the biggest conflicts on earth.Kermanshahi (talk) 19:28, 20 December 2011 (UTC) The only thing I did wrong was disagreeing with an administrator. If the user in question was not an admin, I would have never been banned for this. Also in the List of ongoing conflicts article, despite the fact that it qualifies as 1000+ deaths per year conflict, user:swarm insists on removing this sourced fact to push his POV.Kermanshahi (talk) 20:20, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I did not break any wikipedia rules. I was in the middle of editing an article and adding important sourced information and text when suddenly I was banned without warning because apparently a moderator did not agree with what I was saying on a different article, because he wanted the Iraq War to seem like it was over although in reality it is not as there is still daily fighting and bombings and with 4000 casualties a year it is still among the biggest conflicts on earth.] (]) 19:28, 20 December 2011 (UTC) The only thing I did wrong was disagreeing with an administrator. If the user in question was not an admin, I would have never been banned for this. Also in the ] article, despite the fact that it qualifies as 1000+ deaths per year conflict, user:swarm insists on removing this sourced fact to push his POV.] (]) 20:20, 20 December 2011 (UTC) |3 = ~~~~}}

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

{{unblock reviewed |1=I did not break any wikipedia rules. I was in the middle of editing an article and adding important sourced information and text when suddenly I was banned without warning because apparently a moderator did not agree with what I was saying on a different article, because he wanted the Iraq War to seem like it was over although in reality it is not as there is still daily fighting and bombings and with 4000 casualties a year it is still among the biggest conflicts on earth.] (]) 19:28, 20 December 2011 (UTC) The only thing I did wrong was disagreeing with an administrator. If the user in question was not an admin, I would have never been banned for this. Also in the ] article, despite the fact that it qualifies as 1000+ deaths per year conflict, user:swarm insists on removing this sourced fact to push his POV.] (]) 20:20, 20 December 2011 (UTC) |decline = {{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed |1=I did not break any wikipedia rules. I was in the middle of editing an article and adding important sourced information and text when suddenly I was banned without warning because apparently a moderator did not agree with what I was saying on a different article, because he wanted the Iraq War to seem like it was over although in reality it is not as there is still daily fighting and bombings and with 4000 casualties a year it is still among the biggest conflicts on earth.] (]) 19:28, 20 December 2011 (UTC) The only thing I did wrong was disagreeing with an administrator. (edit conflict) If you were involved, then this block is utterly inappropriate unless Kerman was being exceptionally egregious. Reaper Eternal (talk) 20:00, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
This block is utterly inappropriate if my involvement motivated the block in any way whatsoever—it did not, and I sincerely would hope that in my years of editing here in good faith I've garnered enough of what one might call a reputation as to not warrant such an assumption by default. Swarm 20:19, 20 December 2011 (UTC)

You know, you could have also contacted me, but instead suddenly I received a 1 week block without even hearing of it. Infact I did open a thread in the Iraq War talk page, but you did not reply there. It is clear from thousands of people dying and all the ongoing violence which is reported in Iraq, that the war is not over. But instead you suddenly banned me without any notice as to censor views you disagree with.Kermanshahi (talk) 19:59, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
