		⚫	FWIW the programme the hacker interrupted was a broadcast of the ] ] story "The Horror of Fang Rock". Ironically enough when the normal signal was restored, it was at the part of the story where the Doctor finds the body of a victim electrocuted by the alien monster and his lines are "the shock must have killed him instantly"!

		⚫	It seems to me that the hijacking incident doesn't really belong in detail either here or under WGN but rather as a historical incident should have its own article and just be mentioned on these two sites. This in turn effects the quality of programming. There are few progressive television programs like Bill Moyers Journal or Now. Also a lack of non-white racial representation on shows such as Chicago Tonight, which itself rarely covers local, national, or international news perferring to cover mostly sports and entertainment. In general WTTW fails to
