The Fourth Congressional District of the U.S. State of Georgia was created in 1996 following the Supreme Court decision Miller v. Johnson. The District includes parts of DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties in the metro Atlanta area. The District is currently represented by Cynthia McKinney.
