Episode Guide

There has been some confusion with the episode guide as it indicates that all the episodes were 2hr TVMS. However, this is not the case; some stories aired on BBC television as multi-part dramas and others didn't. This article incorrectly says "Why Didn't They Ask Evans", "The Seven Dials Mystery" and the Tommy and Tuppence stories were shown on the BBC. They were LWT productions and shown on ITV. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.13.71.1 (talk) 22:03, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

Miss Marple (TV series) → Miss Marple (BBC TV series) – The present article name has created confusion because there are two TV series--one produced by the BBC (subject of this article) and a later one produced by ITV (subject of the separate article Agatha Christie's Marple. Inter alia, a further change will be needed on the disambiguation page Marple. Bjenks (talk) 04:03, 18 April 2012 (UTC)

• Comment — I have created Marple (BBC TV series) and Marple (ITV TV series), just in case, and redirected Marple (TV series) to marple. Also, I have created Miss Marple (ITV TV series). --George Ho (talk) 15:59, 18 April 2012 (UTC)
  • I disagree that these need to be renamed. One is "Miss Marple" and the other "Agatha Christie's Marple." Why not just have a header on top of both articles (there is already one on this article) and leave it at that. It is likely that a person looking at one will have a passing interest in the other anyway. Cbradshaw (talk) 16:19, 19 April 2012 (UTC)

But the hat/header on this article does not mention the BBC and, making the confusion even greater, the infobox is carrying a graphic titled "Agatha Christie's Miss Marple"—a little too close to the title of our article on the ITV series which is formally just named "Marple".
