===Support of Customers===
SuperOffice follows the unusual business strategy to provide no support (even for simple re-installation of a fully bought version or to send a pdf version of the installation handbook) if the custmer do not pay for an annual upgrade (even if the customer do not need any "new" features / upgrades, which are mostly not essential, and if the current version works fine on all OS but only requests for support). To buy support hours or to hire a support technician on a daily base is strictly refused.

SuperOffice R&D is continuously investing significant resources in modern technology and architecture in all its software components. This also allows for sharing of information between systems without the problem of translation and incompatible “languages”.
