Court Bauer is an American TV executive producer best known as the founder of Major League Wrestling and as a former member of the WWE creative team.

From 2002-2004 Bauer ran Major League Wrestling (MLW) Underground, airing on Fox Sports Digital Net Atlantic, The Sunshine Network, and on the short-lived "The Wrestling Channel" on Sky Digital channel "Friendly TV".. MLW shut down in early 2004. There were talks at the time of MLW possibly expanding outside of Florida.

In 2004, Bauer started a new wrestling promotion called H2Wrestling, headed by himself and Teddy Hart. It was shut down before producing a show.

From 2005 to 2007, Bauer worked for World Wrestling Entertainment on the WWE writing team for the SmackDown brand under head writer Michael Hayes.

In February 2011, Bauer started production on the reality TV series "Frank Shamrock: UNGLOVED". Ungloved was not picked up by a network.

During a November 2011 interview with Mr. St. Laurent, Bauer announced plans for rebooting MLW.com.
