March Against Monsanto is a loosely affiliated collection of grass roots groups initially formed to popularize the May 25, 2013 protest against the Monsanto corporation and its promotion of GMO genetically modified organisms, its controversial herbicides Roundup Ready and other related issues.

March Against Monsanto (MAM) was formed by Tami Monroe Canal, a political organizer from Salt Lake City. Canal was frustrated by the failure of California proposition 37 which would have required companies to label genetically engineered food. Canal posted the MAM facebook page on Feb 23rd, 2013.

Three months later on May 22, there were over 400 groups, from 65 countries and all 6 populated continents participating in the March Against Monsanto.
