There were far more massacres in this period than only Menemen, the article dis proportionally ignored the casualties of the Turkish civilians during this war. Selam, Türkçe bildiğinize göre bu dilde konuşmamı sorun etmezsiniz diye umarak şurada yapmış olduğunuz değişikliğin keyfi olduğunu söylemek isterim. - Sevag Balikci Turk millyetcinin tarafinda olduruldu. Bunun tartisma noktasi yok. Tanik askerin ifadesine gore kasten oldurulmus. Arastirmalarda ogrendik Kivanc Agaoglunun kimin ve ne oldugunu ve politika cevresinde hangi partilere destek verdigini. Madde'de acikca su laflari soyliyor:
According to Balıkçı lawyer Cem Halavurt, an investigation conducted on May 1, 2011 into the background of the suspect Kıvanç Ağaoglu revealed that he was an ultra-nationalist through his internet social networks which were shut down after the incident. Through his Facebook profile, it was discovered that he was a sympathizer of nationalist politician Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu and Abdullah Çatlı, who himself had a history of Anti-Armenian activity such as the Armenian Genocide Memorial bombing in a Paris suburb in 1984. His Facebook profile also showed that he was a Great Union Party (BBP) sympathizer, a far-right nationalist party in Turkey

--Esc2003 (talk) 19:49, 28 May 2013 (UTC)

Ortalikda "If war were to happen with Armenia, you would be the first person I would kill" laflari varken ve ya Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu'yu ve ya Abdullah Çatlı'yi kahraman olarak gorurken...bunlarin hepsini Turk millyetcilige alakalidir ve onun icin Turkish Nationalism tablosunda kalacak. Fakat elimizde yeterince kaynak yok. Balıkçı'nın babası mücadeleyi sürdüreceğini belirtti. Belki "asıl gerçek" ortaya çıkar. Esc2003 (talk) 20:31, 28 May 2013 (UTC)

Better source request for some of your uploads
Thanks for your uploads to Misplaced Pages. There is an issue with some of them, specifically:
You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the images because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the images, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image files themselves. Please update the image descriptions with URLs that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. Message delivered by Theo's Little Bot (opt-out) 21:13, 28 May 2013 (UTC)

Guba mass grave
If you remove in Guba mass grave, that perfectly written and referenced sources without logical argument, I will have to report your to admins. --NovaSkola (talk) 17:34, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- No...it is perfectly reasonable to remove information that uses such highly unencyclopedic, distruptive and POV language. Calling a group of people "genocidaires" and saying "rape was a tool used by Dashnaks" is completely out of hand especially when there is no mention of the word "genocidaires" in the source let alone the word "Armenian". We are here to build a better and more neutral encyclopedia. I want to remind you that this is an arbitrarily covered area. You have been adding similar additions in many other Armenian related articles for quite some time now. If you continue to with your disruptive activity, I will have to send you to WP:AE and report you under Misplaced Pages:ARBAA2. Proudbolsahye (talk) 17:49, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- Actually, I will report your disruptive activity to admins for not following wikipedia's laws on talk page and for section blanking.--NovaSkola (talk) 18:16, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- If this actually does come to WP:AE, the admins will expect to see good quality data. The best place to post the data and references would be at Talk:Guba mass grave. So far in 2013 there is not much discussion on that page. If the issue has not yet been properly discussed on an article talk page, it is premature to think about any sanctions being issued under WP:ARBAA2. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 18:34, 1 June 2013 (UTC)
- NovaSkola's tendentious editing isn't only found at this article. It is found at other Armenia-related articles as well. Therefore, it is not the additions in this certain page itself that is the issue, it is the user's intentions as a whole that is problematic. If he wanted to solve the issue at Guba mass grave article, he would've at least responded to the criticism I have brought up above instead of edit-war over it. It is for these reasons that I believe AE will be the best solution. Proudbolsahye (talk) 18:43, 1 June 2013 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Arshavir shiragian1919.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:Arshavir shiragian1919.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 09:36, 4 June 2013 (UTC)

GA nominations
Hi Proudbolsahye, I've noticed that on your recent GA nominations, you appear to be cutting-and-pasting a GA nomination template from another article. It would be better to use the template
- {{subst:GAN|subtopic=}}
Tat way the correct date is added, and you can fill in the correct topic (the one you're using has "Warfare" filled in, and these don't all seem to be warfare topics). Thanks for all your work on these articles, and good luck with their nominations! Your work is much appreciated. -- Khazar2 (talk) 12:28, 8 June 2013 (UTC)
Massacres in Turkey
Your proposal is really a good solution. Hopefully this will remove poorly cited events that involve every single settlements, added only to exaggerate facts from a clear wp:POV. In a similar childish fashion a recently created article (List_of_Massacres_in_the_Byzantine_Empire), widely known events are completely absent (11th-12th massacres of Ani, Sebasteia, Caesarea, Edessa, Fall of Constantinople-1453), only because the perpetrators were Turkic leaders/tribesmen.Alexikoua (talk) 07:36, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
- The definition of a massacre about medieval events is really a tough issue. My judgement is limited to what wp:rs claim. Off course a childish behaviour which self-defines as massacre everything, provided it wasn't perpetrated by people that don't people to the user's ethnic group, will soon end him blocked. A deletion request, as you said is a matter of hours.Alexikoua (talk) 09:26, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
I never said that I was against adding more massacres comitted by Turks, you have too much prejudice. Everyone is free to improve the Byzantine massacre article. But we should not claim every source that we WP:JDLI to be dubious or unreliable. You have yourself added extra info about massacres against Greeks in Ayvalik, Smyrna and Akhisar in the list of massacres in Turkey. If you would find more you would happily add more but nobody accused you of wp:pov when you did this. The massacres in Turkey article was completely lacking info about massacres comitted by Greeks against Turks, which happened numerous times in this war. So I rightfully added these ignored events and you claim that I am pov and you want to remove them all. It is clear to everyone what is happening here.DragonTiger23 (talk) 11:16, 10 June 2013 (UTC)
- I don't thing so, Menemen massacre was still there before you showed up. A general link to the massacres committed that time is more than enough, anything else is childish propaganda.
