José Rosas Aispuro Torres (born 19 October 1961) is a Mexican lawyer an politician affiliated to the PAN. He currently serves as Senator of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Durango. He also was Municipal President of Durango, Durango from 2001 to 2004.
He was member of the Chamber of Deputies in the LVI and LX and then affiliated to the PRI.
