Images

When an image is listed at Misplaced Pages:Copyright problems is not enough just to assert that it's in the public domain; you have to give a source and some reason to believe it's in the public domain. Also, do not remove the imagevio tags; you may comment and the admin will read your comment, but the tag has to stay until the image has been processed. You've been warned about this before. Thanks for e-mailing me, I did my best to save your image--but it looks like they're out to delete your additions. My suggestion is not to worry about the images, if they don't want them it's their loss not yours. Looks like favortism to me, but eh, who cares, right? Take care my friend. I am utterly mystified why you would threaten another person for editing Misplaced Pages policy violations of Misplaced Pages:Fair_use, Misplaced Pages:Verifiability, and Misplaced Pages:Copyrights.

It is Misplaced Pages official policy that "The threshold for inclusion in Misplaced Pages is verifiability, not truth. This means that we only publish material that is verifiable with reference to reliable, published sources."

Please be aware that threats, even if indirect ("I would like to know who you are in real life... but it would be best not to tell me"), can be cause for being blocked. From {{Threatban}}: "Users who make threats, whether legal, personal, or professional, that in any way are seen as an attempt to intimidate another user, are immediately blocked."

I don't want to get on your back, but I wanted to give you a friendly heads-up that you may want to be a little more careful about what you say -- I know a user who was recently blocked for sending threatening e-mails, so it does happen. Even if you didn't mean "I would like to know who you are in real life... but it would be best not to tell me" as a threat, some people could interpret it as such and might get you in trouble.

Just a friendly reminder; you say that the pages "are not ". Correction; every time you click that little Save Page button, you're agreeing to release your contribution under the GFDL license, effectively making them everyone's and noone's.
