The 2013 Western Michigan Broncos football team represents Western Michigan University (WMU) in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They are led by first-year head coach P. J. Fleck and play their home games at Waldo Stadium as a member of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference (MAC).

In 2012, the Broncos finished at 4–8 (2–6 MAC), fifth place in the MAC West division.
