"Twilight" (episodes 27 and 28, airdate ) is the first episode of season two of the animated series Justice League Unlimited.
The League is tricked into defending Apokolips, Darkseid's homeworld against the threat of Brainiac. The team meets the New Gods (including Orion, Lightray and Highfather), who are at war with Darkseid, and learn about the treaty between Darkseid and Brainiac. Desaad is killed by Darkseid's Omega Beams in a moment of rage.
