The boring clam, crocus clam, crocea clam, or saffron-coloured clam (Tridacna crocea) is a species of bivalve in the Cardiidae family. It is found in Australia, Guam, Indonesia, East Timor, Japan, Malaysia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Singapore, the Solomon Islands, Thailand, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and possibly Tuvalu. It is occasionally found in the aquarium trade.
