No it isn't. Please read WP:NOT VANDALISM, which is policy. It is a personal attack to call good-faith edits vandalism. Why don't you try to learn from what experienced users tell you, as you are an extremely new editor? Unless you have edited here under another account. Have you? Also - I would appreciate an explanation from you (an "experienced" editor) as to how Neutrality is nto a stated goal of the NPOV standards. You seem to have ignored that point
