Harleyxxx showed up right after Tort1001 was blocked, and made three edits, posting a clip of a user talk warning to Talk:Phoenix Global, and to user talk pages of Alloduckie (user who had earlier participated on Talk:Phoenix Global), and Joseph2302. There was no apparent reason for making any of those edits, it's not clear if even they knew who they wanted to warn and why. I believe they copied that warning from where I had left it on Tort1001's talk page. Then Harleyxx shows up, maybe they forgot their password or something and made another account, and posts info about bikers on Talk:Phoenix Global -- I don't know why they thought that this info was helpful or necessary, but it shows that the editor is familiar with and/or opinionated about the subject of the article (and has possibly participated in or at least read previous discussions there).

Please see this also: Misplaced Pages:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#Tort1001. The account Tort1001 was made for the purpose of impersonating another editor, Tort1201, but Harleyxxx and Harleyxx are not playing that same character, they're probably just being themselves now.

Harley appeared right after 1001's block, by the piece of code at the end of Harley's post at Talk:PG I'm guessing it was the beginning of my signature so it shows they copied a warning that I had made; and both of them seem inane and familiar with PG and not very familiar with Misplaced Pages. — Jeraphine Gryphon  09:50, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

•  Additional information needed - @Jeraphine Gryphon: I simply do not see enough evidence to connect Harleyxx/Harleyxxx with Tort1001. The only connection is Harleyxxx posting a warning that was previously posted on Tort1001's talk page ( maybe, or maybe it was posted on some other talk page). Is there something more than this? •  Clerk endorsed - There is certainly enough evidence to connect Harleyxxx and Harleyxx to each other (similar username, editing same talk page). Link to Tort1001 is week, but still Jeraphine_Gryphon seams to be right, Harleyxxx copied a warning that was left to User_talk:Tort1001, That is suspicious enough to endorse a CU.
