Arvind Kejriwal, A mechanical engineer from IIT Kharagpur, and joined civil services as a member of Indian Revenue Service in 1992. Presently, he is on Extra-Ordinary Leave from the Government for a period of two years. He is the head of the Parivartan-a Delhi based citizens’ movement trying to ensure a just, transparent and accountable governance.
