:First of all, you need to stop bullying the IP. You don't own the article, and I've noticed you've reverted the IP four times in one week. To my disgust, the first three reverts were without any explanation whatsoever, and that's a pretty high-handed way to treat someone who may well be new to Misplaced Pages. At the very least, you ought to apologise for your incivility. Secondly, as you well know, there's more than one type of football played in Down. ] (]) 14:43, 31 August 2015 (UTC) |

::The administrator I asked to look at semi-protecting the article didn't deem the reverts to be "bullying", "pretty high-handed" or "incivility", and I will accept an administrators view. Considering the fact I told the IP in question on their talk page after their second attempt that there was no reason for the edit, there was an explanation, not the fullest but an explanation none the less. They failed to discuss it. It does help to look deeper into an issue before demanding an editor "apolgises". |

::Anyways, this article is on about the settlement of Dromore, not the county, and there is no mention of any other kind of football so there is no need for the change to "soccer", especially a the content of the section makes it clear that its association football. Your trying to enforce a challenged IP edit, when ] states to keep the article at the original version, which the current one is not. There is nothing about owning in it considering I never put it into the article in the first place and the IP is following a standard pattern amongst some Irish nationalist editors of changing "Football" to "Soccer" even when it is not needed. |

::Anyways, this article is on about the settlement of Dromore, not the county, and there is no mention of any other kind of football so there is no need for the change to "soccer", especially when the content still states football. Your trying to enforce a challenged IP edit, when ] states to keep the article at the original version, which the current one is not. Your imposing a lack of consistency by stating soccer when the content states football. There is nothing about owning in it considering I never put it into the article in the first place and the IP is following a standard pattern amongst some Irish nationalist editors of changing "Football" to "Soccer" even when it is not needed. |

Gob Lofa considering the stable version of the article is "Football" not "Soccer", which an IP has been trying to add in for a short while, there is no reason for you to state what you have and I suggest you self revert. Mabuska 11:27, 30 August 2015 (UTC)
