In Monty Python and the Holy Grail, King Arthur and company build a giant wooden wheeled rabbit, much like the Trojan Horse. It is wheeled in front of the French castle with insulting guards, where it is promptly accepted and taken inside. King Arthur asks Belvedere what they need to do next, and they realize they were supposed to be inside. As they are contemplating building a giant badger, they flee crying Run away! when the rabbit is catapulted and crashes onto them.

In the original tale by Homer, soldiers come out of the Trojan Horse at night and open the gates, leading to the destruction of Troy.
