If you persist in going around to articles and inserting incorrect commas, after multiple threads have already proven your usage incorrect, with citation to authoritative off-WP sources on grammar and usage as well as our own MOS, and your proposed usage has failed to gain consensus at article talk pages and MOS's own talk page, it's very likely that noticeboard action will be taken to restrain this behavior pattern. I've repeatedly discouraged anyone taking such action, because I don't think style matters should rise to that level of drama, but your ] attitude of defiance probably makes this inevitable if you don't stop. :] You do whatever it is you feel you need to do. You have never "proven" anything. You've made up your fantasy grammar rules with overly lengthy explanations that just don't make any sense. You're a Misplaced Pages editor, not a grammar scholar. Just because you say so, does not make your little rules right. They're baseless and nothing more than your personal interpretations and fantasies of how you wish the English was... but it's not. I can hear you. I do hear you. I just wish I was hearing something factual. Oh, and P.S. I don't insert incorrect commas, you just don't know when they're needed. Lastly, don't come to my talk page with your petty threats. I'm over you and your punctuation imperfections.] (]) 16:54, 21 November 2015 (UTC) |

Comma disruption
If you persist in going around to articles and inserting incorrect commas, after multiple threads have already proven your usage incorrect, with citation to authoritative off-WP sources on grammar and usage as well as our own MOS, and your proposed usage has failed to gain consensus at article talk pages and MOS's own talk page, it's very likely that noticeboard action will be taken to restrain this behavior pattern. I've repeatedly discouraged anyone taking such action, because I don't think style matters should rise to that level of drama, but your WP:ICANTHEARYOU attitude of defiance probably makes this inevitable if you don't stop. I therefore urge you to stop. WP is not a WP:BATTLEGROUND for linguistic campaigning. This behavior does not help improve the encyclopedia, it only wastes various editors' time, including your own. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ⱷ҅ᴥⱷ≼ 15:56, 21 November 2015 (UTC)
