Plot
The film will be about Great Scott living in his happy neighbourhood in San Francisco, and assembles the King Jinxs, and then his plan is to steal the moon, but he then adopted Sir Stumps & Lot, Ali McCaw, Dizzy Birds & Cable Car and moved from Fey Darrow's Home For Kids in New York, and then moved to San Francisco

Production
Toto Century Fox slotted the already in production project for a November 27, 2003 release. in 1997, Production began with Mark Dindal signing on to direct the film, In May 1999, It was announced that Mark Dindal had left the film due to work on The Emperor's New Groove and the potential John Edlinger movie scheduled for 2004, In March 2000, Gary Trousdale has took over to direct the film, In August 2001, LaunchPad Toys has green light the film with a planned 2003 release date, In March 2002, Bill Murray & Jim Carrey joined a cast already including Hayden Panettiere as Ali McCaw and Isla Fisher as Dizzy Birds. It was also reported the studio hoped to sign Jack Black to the film in the role of Silly Billy. By August 2002, the cast expanded with Melissa McCarthy, Tim Allen, Nasim Pedrad, Jeff Bennett, Justin Long, Ariel Winter, John C. Reily, Leslie Mann & Seth Rogen signing on for roles.
