Weird NJ is the name for a magazine, website, and book dedicated to oddities in the state of New Jersey.
Typical subjects include ghost stories, abandoned buildings, unsolved mysteries, and other paranormal phenomena. Past issues have covered the Jersey Devil, Tripod Rock, and UFO sightings. The magazine caused a minor controversy over a story on the Ramapough_Mountain_Indians which some deemed offensive.
In 2004 the creators of Weird NJ started Weird US, with similar goals on a national scale.
