Political Research Associates (PRA) is a American research group which studies the U.S. political right wing. It was founded in 1981 and is located in Somerville, Massachusetts.
According to Laird Wilcox, who specializes in researching extremist political movements at the University of Kansas and maintains a library of extremist materials, Political Research Associates is a three-person operation, with Chip Berlet serving as both president, and the only analyst on staff.
