Jamboti is located 20 km south-west of Belgaum and 18 km west of Khanapur in the Belgaum District of Karnataka, India.

Mandovi River, the longest river in Goa, has its origin in the Jamboti hills. Hilltop forests surround the area.

Transport

The Belgaum Airport, 28 km to the south-east of Jamboti. Khanapur Railway Station is the nearest railhead. State Highway 31 passes though Jamboti.
