Muhammad Ilyas Qadri Attari Rizvi Ziaee (Template:Lang-ur) known as Attar Qadri for short, is a Pakistani Islamic cleric, Master (peer) who founded Dawat-e-Islami, a non-political organisation aimed at the preaching Quran and Sunnah, in 1981 in Karachi, Pakistan. Shaykh e Tariqat Amir e Ahle Sunnat Bani e Dawat e Islami, Hazrat Allama Maulana Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri Razwi was born on 26th of Ramadan 1369 AH or 12 July 1950 CE on Thursday before Maghrib prayer, in a locality named 'Bambai Bazar' located in the city of karachi in pakistan.
