Season 2

At the end of season 1, the X-Files department is discontinued and "Deep Throat", Mulder's information source, killed. The first two episodes of season 2 sees two weird happenings, so it is decided to revive the X-Files department. Episode 3 is the first appearance of "The Lone Gunmen" when Mulder goes to them for help. They have helped him before.(5.8.190.86 (talk) 19:11, 17 September 2017 (UTC))

But if a tagline isn't mentioned in books or sites? Source are episodes themselves. The final book you have mentioned in footnotes was published in 2001. There is no source. Only episodes themselves.
